Richard is an experienced Identity and Access Management (IdAM) expert with nearly 19 years IdAM experience and 34 years in IT. With a background in engineering and security, Richard advises clients on all matters related to identity and access management. Relevant experience and skills include

  • Managing a retail bank’s response to ITGC audit findings focusing on access recertification and the definition of an access governance framework.
  • Advising a global telecom on the necessary framework for identity governance and compliance.
  • Designer of the solution that was awarded European Identity and Access management project of the year in 2014.
  • Undertaken multiple strategy and architecture projects for clients in a range of market sectors.

Richard originally conceived the idea of AccessAble and has led the technical and commercial development of the service. Delivery of AccessAble to a 275,000 user organisation and then working with the client to ensure continuous delivery of a high quality service.
