Proficient in application development and Unix systems architecture and maintenance, he is comfortable profiling and securing every tier of a bare metal or virtualised web stack, and has battle-hardened experience delivering containerised solutions to enterprise clients.

Karina is a well-known woman in tech, an experienced developer and an international speaker. She has been worked as Developer Lead last 10 years. She has confident communication, leadership skills across different levels, developed through international professional interaction and engagements with representatives of various government institutions or IT companies using agile environment across the world. Her social responsibility and communicative competence are demonstrated in the organization of professional networks, events and conferences. At the same time she gained public speaking skills through frequent academic presentations, workshops and participation as a speaker at IoT and DevOps conferences.
Helen has 20 years’ experience working in the technology industry with a focus on the Software Development Lifecycle for a wealth of cross industry clients in the UK and abroad. Helen is passionate about DevOps and is the creator of the Ranger4 DevOps LiftOff Workshop and the Ranger4 DevOps Maturity Assessment - winner of the IBM Beacon Award 2015 for Outstanding DevOps Solution. She also started Ranger4’s #DevOpsFriday5 initiative and is on the Board of Regents at the DevOps Institute (Ranger4 are also a Registered Education Provider for the DOI’s DevOps and Agile training courses). Helen is also a novelist and ecologist. She once saw a flamingo lay an egg.

Steve’s passion is creating operationally excellent platforms for web applications that are secure, scalable and manageable. He is an expert across a wide range of technologies, with Microsoft web server infrastructure being a specialism.
In recognition of this expertise, Steve Thair has been made a “Regional Director” by Microsoft. Established in 1993, the program consists of 150 of the world’s top technology visionaries. Regional Directors are expert advocates who promote Microsoft products, services, and solutions by sharing their deep knowledge with groups such as customers, the press and industry analysts.
Steve blogs extensively and presents regularly at numerous meetups, webinars and conferences around the world to evangelise the benefits of DevOps. In 2014 he co-founded the WinOps Conference and Meet-Ups which are dedicated to promoting DevOps in Windows environments.

Eddy is a respected coach within organizations to implement Agile, Lean IT and performance based service management principles.
