  • What makes IP EXPO Europe the ONE place to be?

  • I’m busy. Why should I take a day out of the office for an IT event?

    It’s a great investment of time, especially for the free to attend educational seminars. IP EXPO Europe also brings together vendors, the channel and end users alike, it provides the perfect networking opportunity as well as concentrating the expertise of over 300 expert exhibitors. So you can use this one event to get all the insights you need to stay competitive – quickly and efficiently.

  • Will this actually help my business?

    Absolutely it will help your business! Everything at our event is dedicated to delivering real commercial advantage. The insights, information and contacts you gain during your visit will quickly become productive assets after you leave.

  • How much does it cost?

    Entrance to IP EXPO Europe incorporates Cloud Europe, Cyber Security Europe, Networks and Infrastructure Europe, Data Analytics Europe, DevOps Europe and Open Sources Europe. Registration will allow access to all 6 events. Registration is FREE but if you don't register before 19:00 on 4th October 2016, there is an administration fee of £35 payable.

  • Do you have a mobile app?

    Yes, which can be downloaded free here. The app enables you to plan your day in advance by bookmarking seminars. You can interact with speakers, view the event floorplan, network with fellow delegates and much more.

  • How do I obtain a visa letter?

    Unfortunately we cannot issue letters of invitation for visa purposes. Once you have registered for the event via the event website you will receive a confirmation email which should be sufficient for visa applications.

  • I need a hotel, where should I stay locally to the event?

  • Where is IP EXPO Europe located?

    IP EXPO Europe takes place on 5-6 October 2016 at ExCeL, London.

  • What are the event opening times?

    Wednesday 5 October 2016: 9.30am - 5.30pm
    Thursday 6 October 2016: 9.30am - 4.30pm

  • Can I register for more than one person at a time?

    Yes, at the final step of registering you are able to add your colleagues.

  • I am a member of the press and want to attend the exhibition, how do I register?

    Journalists, analysts and bloggers are all welcome at IP EXPO Europe and are hosted in the fully equipped press office.

    The press office has computers and printers, telephones, chairs and tables and refreshments. Exhibitor press packs will be available, as well as information regarding the show itself. The press office is only available for registered members of the press.

  • Badges

  • Will my badge give me access to all the events?

    Yes, your badge allows you access to Cloud Europe, Cyber Security Europe, Networks & Infrastructure Europe, Data Analytics Europe, DevOps Europe and Open Source Europe.

  • When will I receive my badge?

    Badges, event previews and seminar programmes will be sent out from mid September 2016. Badges can also be printed using your unique badge code (detailed in your confirmation email) on arrival at the event.

  • What happens if I don't receive my badge before the show?

    In the rare circumstances that you don't receive your badge you can use the badge code in your confirmation email to print another one on the day. If you forget your badge code then the registration kiosk can locate your registration details to print your entry badge.
