Matt Watts

Matt is Director of Technology & Strategy at NetApp. In this role, he provides guidance on the company’s strategy and technology offering to the customer and partner community across EMEA.

Matt is a NetApp veteran of ten years and has worked in the IT industry for over two decades. He works closely with the Office of the CTO, Product Operations and Marketing teams to ensure a universal strategy and message is instilled across the business. Matt regularly speaks at NetApp and third party events communicating NetApp’s strategy and the business value of IT.

Matt also chairs NetApp’s Senate for Strategy and Vision.

Grant Caley

Grant is Principal Technology Officer for NetApp UK&I, and is responsible for acting as an interface between NetApp’s corporate team and its customers. His focus is on enhancing the commercial and technical relationships with customers, with a focus on vertical sectors.

Grant has a wealth of experience having worked at NetApp for over a decade, with eight years spent leading a large NetApp customer account within the banking and financial services sector. Previous to this, Grant has worked at IBM and NHS.
