As Enterprise Cloud Platform Lead – EMEA, Barak Regev is responsible for the sales and business relations for Google’s suite of Cloud Platform products in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to becoming Cloud Platform Lead, Barak was Head of Google Enterprise for Israel, South Africa, Sub Sahara and Greece.
Prior to joining Google, Barak headed Microsoft’s sales organization dedicated to government, healthcare and educational customers in Israel, managing the team focused on accelerating growth and developing long term relationships with all enterprise accounts within these verticals. Earlier in his career, he spent a few years with Attunity Ltd where he was responsible for all direct sales of the company’s flagship product in Israel, Greece & Turkey and, before that, was employed as Manager of Sales & Marketing for a startup called ECU, leading enterprise sales of the company’s eCommerce platform.
Barak holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science Business Administration from California State University in Northbridge.
Chief Technical Officer, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Corporation
Mark Russinovich is Chief Technical Officer of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft’s cloud platform. He is a widely recognized expert in distributed systems and operating systems. Russinovich is the author of three cyberthrillers, Zero Day, Trojan Horse and Rogue Code, co-author of the Microsoft Press Windows Internals books, and co-author of the Sysinternals Administrator’s Reference. He also authors and publishes the Sysinternals tools, which include dozens of popular Windows administration and diagnostic utilities. He is a featured speaker at major industry conferences, including Microsoft TechEd, RSA Conference, BlackHat and BUILD.
General Manager, Client Experience, IBM Watson
Jay Bellissimo is General Manager, Client Experience, for IBM Watson. In this role, Jay is responsible for worldwide sales, product management, and the strategic direction of the IBM Watson portfolio. Jay’s global team is also responsible for designing and implementing leading edge solutions in key industries, such as healthcare, public sector and financial services.
Prior to his current role, Jay led IBM’s global SAP consulting business. In this role, he managed the service line’s strategic direction, client relationships, and operations. Previously, Jay served as the IBM GBS Global & North America Communications Sectorleader with responsibilities for media and entertainment, telecommunications, and the energy and utilities industries; and the leader of IBM GBS Latin America, with responsibilities for IBM’s GBS business in 20 countries.
Jay joined IBM in 1991 and has held numerous industry management and practice leadership positions, including industry leadership roles in Chemicals & Petroleum and Industrial Products and Aerospace and Defense. Jay is a member of IBM’s Growth & Transformation Team (GTT), which focuses on the company’s short and long term strategies for growth. He is Co-Chair of the IBM Global Enablement team.

Senior Vice President, VMware
Ray O’Farrell joined VMware in April 2003 and co-leads the Software-Defined Data Center Division comprising the vSphere, networking, management and storage businesses. O’Farrell is responsible for the division’s strategy, business and product planning and engineering execution. He also works with R&D and business unit leaders across the organization to ensure VMware delivers a cohesive and consistent set of product capabilities to its customers.
O’Farrell joined VMware to lead the ESX Storage team during the early development of the ESX platform. He helped build a large ecosystems of partners in storage and helped expand the portfolio which today includes products such as Vmfs and VMware Virtual SAN. During his tenure at VMware, O’Farrell built and managed a global R&D organization and held engineering responsibilities across the entire VMware portfolio. His responsibilities spanned management of all of the components of VMware’s flagship vSphere and suite products, including core compute, networking, storage and Cloud management.
O'Farrell has over 20 years of software engineering and product delivery experience. Prior to VMware, O’Farrell developed and shipped development tools and operating systems for real-time, embedded and DSP systems at a number of companies including Industrial and Scientific Imaging (Ireland), Ashling Microsystems (Ireland), Improv Systems (United States) and Microtec/Mentor-Graphics (United States). O'Farrell holds a bachelor of engineering in electronics and a masters of engineering in computer science, both from the University of Limerick in Ireland.

Mikko Hypponen is the Chief Research Officer of F-Secure. He's been with the company since 1991. Mr. Hypponen has written on his research for the New York Times, Wired and Scientific America and he appears frequently on international TV. He has lectured at the universities of Stanford and Cambridge and he has delivered the most watched computer security talk on the internet.

Mark is responsible for creating compelling content to evangelise our innovation story through examples, case studies and white-boarding, improving customer relationships and market awareness. Mark’s has wide-ranging experience across telecommunications, media and marketing, utilities and financial services. Mark started his career at TIBCO Software in 1997, rising to become the first European CTO. After 15 years developing TIBCO’s European presence, Mark became Terracotta’s CTO before moving on to kick start a social media company.
