Graham has been in the IT industry working for enterprise IT and Communications provider since the age of 17, with his focus always being on scalable IT, efficient communications and delivering cost effective services to customers. Graham gained his experience across a multitude of companies ranging from SME support providers to communication companies, including HSBC, Pipex Internet, Pulse Films and The Academia Group as well as private consultancy. At Academia, Graham is responsible for managing the support teams across Wintel and Network Infrastructure and has overall design and maintenance responsibility for the organization’s Cloud, Network and ISP service offerings.
