Graduating from Edinburgh Napier University in 2004 with an honours degree in Computer Networks and Distributed Systems, John's career has been firmly based in Linux/UNIX administration domain, with a specialised focus on monitoring and automation. He has worked in education, e-commerce, managed services, healthcare and more recently, financial environments. John joined One Identity following the acquisition of Balabit in January 2018 as a Presales Engineer, working with clients and partners to help deliver IAM and PAM solutions to the UK market. John had been working for Balabit since 2014 as a UK Presales Engineer, specialised to PAM and Log Management solutions.
