Scott is an experienced Pre-sales Consultant at Arcserve, scoping and designing technical data protection & disaster recovery solutions collaboratively with clients to solve their complex business problems. From experience he understands the pain end users and IT administrators have trying to keep on top of exponential data growth, lengthy backup windows and ensuring minimal time to disaster recovery readiness, locally, offsite and in the cloud.
As an IT professional for over 20 years Scott has worked for resellers, start-ups and large corporates ranging from (Land)Rover to EMC | Data Domain and for the past 2 years Arcserve. Scott’s roles have included Solutions Architect, Systems Engineer, Technical Consultant, Technical Trainer, Support Professional, UNIX Systems Administrator and Backup Operator or affectionately referred to as “Tape Monkey”.
