TITLE: HOW TO MAKE YOUR ORGANISATION MORE RESILIENT IN AN EVER-CHANGING ENVIRONMENT
Dr Sandra Bell will be discussing with you how modern organisations need to be flexible to help maintain a competitive advantage. This also applies to ensuring they are as resilient as possible should there be a change in the external environment, or an event (disaster, infrastructure or terrorism based) that could affect its competitive advantage and profitability.
During this roundtable we’ll discuss the Resilience Checklist, and the 9 key points contained within it, including identifying risks, crisis leadership, IT readiness and situational awareness to name but a few.
Those attending the session can:
- Discuss and learn how other businesses are looking to manage risk
- Learn how to identify risks to their business
- Understand the key elements of a defensive strategy to keep your business robust
- See the benefits of embracing areas outside of normal IT remits, such as crisis leadership development and agility training.
Coffee and refreshments will commence from 08.00 when the doors open and breakfast will be provided from 08.15. Attendees to this roundtable will also benefit from reserved VIP seating for the opening keynote at 10:00 where Chris Hadfield will open the show.
