Currently Veeam is working with over 100 NHS customers and Dan himself has worked on hundreds of digital transformation projects in the public sector over the course of his career. He describes and advocates Veeam’s culture and methods of customer-obsessed innovation and is a frequent speaker on intelligent data management.

George Kenny, Enterprise Systems Engineer - EMEA, Veeam Software

A dynamic and forward-thinking individual with 20 years’ experience implementing digital transformation projects through emerging technologies. George is Veeam UK and Ireland’s Technical Solution Leader and helps deliver enhanced deployments of intelligent data management across legacy, virtualised, cloud and multi-cloud IT estates. Outside of customer projects, George is a frequent public speaker at industry events where his knowledgeable, informative, and engaging delivery regularly wins him praise from audiences.

Paul Szelesi, Solutions Architect Manager - EMEA, Veeam Software

Paul Szelesi

One of the most experienced Veeam UK and Ireland employees, Paul Szelesi is the Solutions Architect Manager for Veeam in EMEA. Based in the UK, Paul is focused specifically on virtualised platforms, predominantly VMware technologies.  Starting as a PC configuration engineer, moving through roles as a Networking Manager, Storage Architect, to his current role at Veeam, Paul’s range of experience is vast and allows him to be considered a highly valuable consultant to Veeam’s customers that require a high level of expertise with infrastructure design, be it based on VMware or Microsoft hypervisors, or Dell EMC, HPE, or NetApp storage.


With increasing pressure on the NHS to modernise IT and provide availability of data across sites, decreasing budgets often stand in the way.  Transparency of data movement, data compliance and digitisation of services add to the melting pot of challenges that are faced.  Join Veeam and your peers from NHS trusts across the UK, for our Roundtable session during IP EXPO Europe which is dedicated to discussing these issues and how intelligent data management can promote availability, compliance and transparency; in one easy platform.

Coffee and refreshments will commence from 11:45 when the doors open in the CentrEd Lounge.  You will be escorted to the Roundtable meeting room, introduced to the Veeam staff and other delegates for 12:00. 

Once the Roundtable session has finished, there is the option for you to enjoy reserved seating in our Keynote Theatre to hear Dr Beth Singler from the the University of Cambridge in her session "It's the end of the world and I feel fine - Artificial Intelligence, Apocalypticism, and Human Identity".
